Our Board Handbook:
  • defines the roles, responsibilities and authorities of the Board and management, both individually and collectively, in setting the direction, management and control of the company;
  • describes the matters which are delegated to management (including the Chief Executive Officer and Board committees);
  • sets out the charters for the Board committees and their responsibilities and duties;
  • addresses Board processes and key Board functions;
  • deals with Board induction and continuing improvement, development and evaluation; and
  • addresses director remuneration.
