Our graduate development program offers structured programs for either two or three years, depending on the discipline, that include extensive on-the-job training and development opportunities.
The program incorporates rotational placements throughout a range of worksites in central and northern Queensland, as well as various areas within Stanwell’s business operations. To provide additional experience opportunities, placements may also be arranged with external organisations.
Each graduate is provided with advice, support and assistance on career development and training opportunities.
Competitive remuneration is offered to program participants, as well as generous support to those undertaking rotational placements, including relocation assistance. Participants also receive the same benefits as employees.
Disciplines recruited into the program include electrical and mechanical engineering, information technology, energy trading, health and safety, finance and employee relations.
