Employee Relations Collection Statement
As an applicant of Stanwell Corporation Ltd (Stanwell),
the following outlines how Stanwell complies with the Privacy Amendment
(Private Sector) Act 2000 in regard to the handling of personal information
that is received from a job application.
The information that is provided or obtained by Stanwell about you
in a job application will be retained for a period of 5 years and
will only be used to assess applicants for the position/s that they
have nominated. This information will be stored in a locked filing
cabinet and will be disposed of by secure means within 5 years of
receipt.
