The Supply Management Team's role is to proactively assist Stanwell to achieve value for money procurement outcomes.

By understanding and aligning our resources with key Stanwell strategies and the marketplace, Supply can position itself to better deliver on Stanwell's priorities.

The Supply Management Team is split into three functions:

  1. Strategic procurement: takes a holistic approach to procurement across the organisation and delivering innovative procurement solutions.
  2. Category management: has an organisation-wide approach to procurement delivery (e.g. contracts, purchase orders, tenders and contract delivery support).
  3. Logistics/warehousing/purchasing: manages logistics, warehousing, inventory management, purchasing and use of effective systems.
