Stanwell is aware that people are being contacted with fake offers of employment from individuals and organisations claiming to be Stanwell. The Stanwell name and logo have been used on documentation without authority.
Stanwell has reported the activity to the authorities. If you receive an email or message that you think is suspicious, please visit the Australian Government’s Scamwatch page for more information. Scamwatch are aware of this particular scam using Stanwell’s name.
Stanwell will only contact candidates about an employment opportunity after you have applied for a role with us. Stanwell contacts applicants using the following channels:
Stanwell will not ask for your personal financial details, or to download an app, or to purchase equipment or send money on behalf of or to Stanwell during the application process or any interview.
Stanwell also does not advertise positions or make contact with applicants or potential candidates through messenger services, such as Telegram.
