Energy shared: Stanwell runs with purpose for Small Steps 4 Hannah

Stanwell is proud to announce our participation in one of Queensland’s most iconic community events, the 2025 Bridge to Brisbane (B2B)! More than just a fun run, B2B is a celebration of health, wellbeing, and the power of community, bringing together tens of thousands of participants each year to raise awareness and funds for causes that matter.
This year, Stanwell is supporting Small Steps 4 Hannah, a domestic and family violence (DFV) prevention charity working to H.A.L.T the cycle of domestic violence and supporting those affected across Australia. The acronym HALT is for Hannah, Aaliyah, Laianah and Trey.
Founded in February 2020, in memory of Hannah Clarke and her children, Small Steps 4 Hannah is dedicated to educating children, empowering communities, and advocating for systemic change. Their work has contributed to significant milestones, including the introduction of coercive control legislation in Queensland.
Through two key initiatives, the HALT Education Program and Hannah’s Sanctuary, the foundation is making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by DFV, while raising awareness to help everyone recognise the signs and act.
Mark Woolley, Chairman of Small Steps 4 Hannah Foundation, shared what Small Steps 4 Hannah’s mission is.
“At Small Steps 4 Hannah, our mission is to honour the legacy of Hannah Clarke and her children by taking meaningful steps to end domestic violence across Australia. We are committed to educating children and supporting victims and their families,” they said.
“Through partnerships and strategic funding, we support intervention programs and services that aim to prevent domestic violence, address coercive control, and help individuals H.A.L.T the cycle by fostering hope, awareness, listening, and taking action.”
By participating in Bridge to Brisbane 2025, Stanwell is reaffirming its commitment to community wellbeing and social responsibility. Supporting Small Steps 4 Hannah aligns with our core values and ongoing efforts to raise awareness, improve prevention, and provide practical assistance to end domestic and family violence.
