ENHANCING THE WAY WE ENGAGE WITH SUPPLIERS

  • operate ethically and responsibly, and can demonstrate fair and transparent business practices

  • are capable of delivering value for money, considering quality, risk and whole‑of‑life costs

  • are Queensland suppliers, including manufacturers, local, regional and small and family businesses

  • are Australian First Nations businesses, or support participation by Australian First Nations peoples

  • can contribute to positive economic, environmental, social and governance outcomes

How to engage with Stanwell

As part of our ongoing alignment with the Queensland Procurement Policy 2026, Stanwell has enhanced its tendering, contracting and supplier information management processes to improve supplier engagement, accessibility and procurement outcomes. Our adoption of the Queensland Government Supplier Portal, means suppliers have increased visibility of opportunities with Stanwell, Queensland State Government agencies and Queensland local councils. Stanwell generally invites tenders, proposals, quotations and expressions of interest from the supply market for source-to-contract activities undertaken by the organisation.

Where an open market approach is required, opportunities may be advertised through the Queensland Government Supplier Portal and VendorPanel Marketplace to provide broader market access. We encourage all businesses to register so they can be notified of new opportunities as they become available.
