Stanwell will open applications for its 2023 Graduate Program from 28 March 2022. The three-year graduate program is designed to develop graduate capabilities, expand networks and ignite the careers of students after the completion of their studies.
Stanwell is recruiting for graduate roles in organisational psychology, electronics/computer science engineering, chemical engineering, accounting, and energy markets and future energy.
Stanwell’s Executive General Manager Business Services, Glenn Smith, said for those who were innovative and future focused, the program provided the perfect opportunity to set a strong foundation for a rewarding career in an industry that is amid transformation.
“It’s an exciting time to join the business, as we continue to put our energy into finding better, cleaner ways to reliably generate, store and move electricity for our customers and communities,” Mr Smith said.
“Whether you are interested in working in a technical discipline, or in one of our corporate functions, our graduates are given access to valuable coaching and mentoring from subject matter experts across our business and our sites.
“Not only do we provide an opportunity for graduates to learn from us, but we recognise the value they bring, and we can learn a lot from them too.”
Applications from Indigenous, female and mature-aged applicants are encouraged across all disciplines offered.
