PROJECTS IN CONSTRUCTION
Stanwell is supporting the development of new renewable generation through a growing portfolio of projects, including wholly owned developments, joint ventures and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
Through these agreements, Stanwell is securing access to firmed renewable energy to supply our customers and the National Electricity Market (NEM).

Power purchase agreements with projects in construction
Stanwell has PPAs in place with the following renewable energy projects currently under construction. Once operational, these projects will contribute to Queensland’s cleaner energy mix and provide renewable supply for our commercial and industrial customers.
150 MW from Macintyre Wind Farm
Location: Southern Queensland
Developer: ACCIONA Energía
Expected full operations: Q4 2025
347 MW from Clarke Creek Wind Farm
Location: Central Queensland
Developer: Squadron Energy
Expected operations: 2025
388 MW from Aldoga Solar Farm
Location: Central Queensland
Developer: ACCIONA Energía
Expected operations: Mid 2026
