STANWELL has welcomed the next generation of energy industry professionals, with four apprentices and one trainee beginning their careers this month.
The new recruits will develop skills in fields such as electrical instrumentation, power systems, mechanical, material handling and processing, and business administration over the next one to five years.
Stanwell Power Station acting site manager Angie Zahra said the new team members would get first-hand experience in maintaining one of Queensland’s largest power stations.
