Stawell will open applications for its 2022 Graduate Program from 19 July 2021, with next year’s program offering roles for a civil engineering graduate, mechanical engineering graduate and a health, safety and environment graduate.
Stanwell’s graduate program is designed to develop graduate capabilities, expand networks and kick-start the careers of students after university.
Stanwell’s Executive General Manager Business Services, Glenn Smith, said for those who were adaptable, innovative and future focused, the program provided the perfect opportunity to set a strong foundation for a successful long-term career in the energy industry.
“Whether you are interested in working in a technical discipline, or in one of our corporate functions, our graduates are given access to valuable coaching and mentoring from subject matter experts across our business and our sites,” Mr Smith said.
“Not only do we provide an opportunity for graduates to learn from us, but we too recognise we can learn a lot from our graduates. They are given the opportunity to provide genuine input into the company with regular catch ups with our senior leaders, including the CEO, which is a reflection of how valued graduates are at Stanwell.
