Stanwell is now accepting expressions of interest for our Early Career Programs in 2021 and beyond.
Our 2021 intake will include a range of roles across our sites in the Central Queensland, South Burnett and Brisbane regions.
Our early career programs are a great way to kick start your career in the energy industry as they provide a structured learning opportunity that maximises your practical experience.
Our graduates, apprentices and trainees are given access to valuable coaching and mentoring from subject matter experts across our business, and are given the opportunity to network with our diverse teams.
It’s an exciting time to join the business, as we continue to explore further opportunities to evolve and renew our portfolio to include low emission generation in response to changing market and consumer expectations. This includes the investigation of co-firing biomass at our power stations to reduce emissions intensity, a feasibility study for a hydrogen demonstration plant in Central Queensland, and assisting renewables projects in getting onto the grid.
